UDC Chief to Speak at MBUSA BDC/Sales Manager Conference

UDC has announced that its CEO, Hans Van Order, will be a featured speaker at the Mercedes-Benz USA BDC/Sales Manager conference, scheduled for Sept. 8–12 at the Planet Hollywood Hotel in Las Vegas. Van Order will present information and strategies on how dealers can bridge the gap between their BDC unit and sales floor.

IRVINE, Calif. — CRM/BDC software, training and consulting firm Universal Dealers Consultants Inc. (UDC) has announced that its CEO, Hans Van Order, will be a featured speaker at the Mercedes-Benz USA BDC/Sales Manager conference, scheduled for Sept. 8–12 at the Planet Hollywood Hotel in Las Vegas. Van Order will present information and strategies on how dealers can bridge the gap between their BDC unit and sales floor.

“One of the key management issues facing dealerships today is how to streamline and coordinate BDC and sales floor activity,” said Van Order. “Implementing technology and in-store processes that facilitate communication between these two areas increases revenues and improves customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty.”

Van Order has over 15 years of management experience within consulting, training and software organizations. During the past eight years he has guided the company's more than 500 percent growth, according to UDC. Van Order has conducted automotive industry seminars nationwide for organizations such as MBUSA, BMW of North America, NADA and Auto Nation.
