Universal Computer Systems Enhances Internet Business Connection With Owner Circle
Universal Computer Systems announced it has recently enhanced its Internet Business Connection (IBC) software with its newest feature, Owner Circle. According to the company, IBC is a fully integrated, real-time Internet application that has an instant interface with a dealership's web site to provide customers and prospects with fast, accurate inventory and service information.
The company says Owner Circle combines the elements of IBC into a personal web page for each customer who visits a dealership's web site. Customer and vehicle information are consolidated into a single page with the data coming from the UCS suite of applications.
From the Owner Circle page, customers see a list of all vehicles and drivers for their household. When a vehicle is selected, Owner Circle gives them multiple options, such as reviewing the status of a repair order, making a service reservation, viewing outstanding campaigns and recommended maintenance, looking over past service recommendations, and reviewing the overall service history of that vehicle.
"The Owner Circle feature of IBC offers customers a personalized approach to managing their vehicles and relationship with the dealership. For the dealership, Owner Circle also promotes customer loyalty and improves overall customer satisfaction," states Trey Hiers, senior marketing manager for UCS.
