OVERLAND PARK, Kan. -- Universal Underwriters Groups’ Vehicle Service Contracts (VSC) Claims Department recently received "Call Center of the Year" and "Specialized Innovative Solutions" awards from the Professional Teleservice Management Association (PTMA). "Call Center of the Year" is the highest award given by PTMA.
