Utah Dealer Heads to Court for Fraud Charges
A car dealer operating in St. George, Utah is charged by the state with multiple counts of fraud, the St. George News reports.
ST. GEORGE, Utah — Richard “Rabbit” Downward, a Utah car dealer is charged with multiple counts of fraud by the state. According to the St. George News, Downward’s first court appearance was last Friday, after being taken into custody Thursday afternoon.
Downward, owner of Executive Auto Group, a used-car dealership in St. George, Utah, is accused of counts of communication fraud, one count of a pattern of unlawful activity and two counts of equity skimming of vehicles.
