Volkswagen Of America, Inc. To Offer Branded Extended Service Contracts

Volkswagen of America, Inc. and Audi of America, Inc.

announced their branded extended service contracts,

pre-paid maintenance programs, and GAP debt waiver and insurance polices for

customers.



Volkswagen says it is re-launching its entire ancillary product offering and Audi is

introducing a new branded extended service contract and re-launching its GAP

product. Both programs are slated for introduction in August and will be

overseen and marketed by Volkswagen Credit and Audi Financial Services. The

name of the Volkswagen product is RealDriver; the name of Audi1s extended

contract is Audi Pure Protection.



Volkswagen and Audi say they have partnered with JM&A Group of Deerfield Beach,

Florida, to help create and manage both the brands' offerings. JM&A was

chosen because they are a trusted and proven performer in the finance and

insurance industry with a good track record as one of the largest providers

of finance and insurance products in the automotive industry, according to the company.



"Backed by the expertise of JM&A, these new branded extended service

contracts will offer our Volkswagen and Audi dealers an improved opportunity

to enhance the brand experience and build store performance, as well as

provide expanded sales growth opportunities," said Andrew Stuart, VW

Credit's national sales and marketing leader.



Mike Casey, vice president of Sales, JM&A Group, will lead JM&A's efforts in

this partnership. He positioned this as, "a tremendous opportunity for

resources of solid F&I products, claims management, customer service and
