announced their branded extended service contracts,
pre-paid maintenance programs, and GAP debt waiver and insurance polices for
customers.
Volkswagen says it is re-launching its entire ancillary product offering and Audi is
introducing a new branded extended service contract and re-launching its GAP
product. Both programs are slated for introduction in August and will be
overseen and marketed by Volkswagen Credit and Audi Financial Services. The
name of the Volkswagen product is RealDriver; the name of Audi1s extended

Volkswagen and Audi say they have partnered with JM&A Group of Deerfield Beach,

provide expanded sales growth opportunities," said Andrew Stuart, VW
Credit's national sales and marketing leader.

this partnership. He positioned this as, "a tremendous opportunity for
Volkswagen and Audi to offer their customers JM&A's expertise and unparalled
resources of solid F&I products, claims management, customer service and
technology tools. Our job is to help Volkswagen and Audi dealers strengthen
their relationship with their customers while adding to their bottom-line."
