Volkswagen and Audi say they have partnered with JM&A Group of Deerfield Beach, Florida, to help create and manage both the brands' offerings. JM&A was chosen because they are a trusted and proven performer in the finance and insurance industry with a good track record as one of the largest providers of finance and insurance products in the automotive industry.

"Backed by the expertise of JM&A, these new branded extended service contracts will offer our Volkswagen and Audi dealers an improved opportunity to enhance the brand experience and build store performance, as well as provide expanded sales growth opportunities," said Andrew Stuart, VW Credit's national sales and marketing leader.

Mike Casey, vice president of Sales, Strategic Alliances, JM&A Group, will lead JM&A's efforts in this partnership. He positioned this as, "a tremendous opportunity for Volkswagen and Audi to offer their customers JM&A's expertise and unparalleled resources of solid F&I products, claims management, customer service and technology tools. Our job is to help Volkswagen and Audi dealers strengthen their relationship with their customers while adding to their bottom-line."
