CHARLESTON, W. Va. — Joe Holland Chevrolet Owner Joe Holland amended his federal lawsuit requesting an exemption from the Affordable Care Act’s mandate on offering the “morning after pill,” which went into effect for his store July 1.
Holland originally filed suit in June, but his defense team amended the complaint last week after learning the W. Va. Car dealer’s insurance plan already covers the opposed drugs.
