Warrantech Signs Marketing Agreement With Electronics Dealer in Western Canada
Warrantech Corporation, a service contract and extended warranty provider, announced June 6 that it has signed a professional services agreement with Visions, an electronics retailer in Western Canada.
Warrantech's Canadian subsidiary, RepairMaster Canada, signed a three-year agreement to provide Visions with marketing services through Warrantech Direct. Under the terms of the agreement, Warrantech Direct will use direct mail and telemarketing campaigns to reach the Visions customer base to offer service contract, product replacement and renewal coverage on consumer electronics purchases. Initially, Warrantech Direct will be marketing to a customer base worth more than $113 million ($170 million Canadian) in consumer electronic sales.
