National Automotive Experts, who represents the Warranty Forever Program, has partnered with Advantage Plus to offer its dealers the ability to promote the Warranty Forever program with a Loyalty Card for Life.
Kelly Price, director of operations for National Automotive Experts, believes that the Loyalty Card will be a valuable addition to the Warranty Forever program. This new feature will further help the dealer to tie the customer back to the service department, which is the primary focus of the Warranty Forever program.
Warranty Forever is a marketing and service retention tool that helps to tie the customer to the selling dealer for life by offering the customer a lifetime powertrain warranty at no additional charge. The only requirement to keep the warranty in effect is that the customer must perform the maintenance required by the manufacturer with the selling dealer or an authorized repair facility. The Lifetime Loyalty card will now provide additional incentive for the customer to return to the selling dealer for their maintenance service by rewarding the customer for being loyal to the dealership. The Loyalty Card option is inexpensive and doesn’t have any extra maintenance fees.
