Warranty Group Appoints Koreen Ryan as Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

The Warranty Group Inc., a provider of extended service plans, has appointed Koreen Ryan as senior vice president deputy general counsel and corporate secretary.

CHICAGO -- The Warranty Group Inc., a provider of extended service plans, has appointed Koreen Ryan as senior vice president deputy general counsel and corporate secretary.

"Koreen brings a wide range of legal expertise to our organization," said David Cole, Chairman/CEO of The Warranty Group. "Her experience in the securities area including corporate governance and compliance for both private and publicly-traded companies, plus her global background, make her a vital addition to executive team. Koreen will play a key role in the future of our organization."

Ryan has over 15 years of experience, including previous positions as Division of Enforcement Attorney for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Senior Counsel for McDonald’s Corporation, as well as other senior corporate positions.

Ryan holds a JD degree from the Valparaiso University School of Law and Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees from Indiana University.
