HIGHLAND PARK, Ill. — To help increase used-car sales, automotive marketing solutions provider Web2Carz has announced that dealers may now list their inventory on the company's automotive portal free of charge. In addition, the company plans to distribute dealers' inventories to its network of partners and forward corresponding sales leads, also for free.

"These are tough economic times," said Web2Carz co-founder and V.P. of business development Alex Bravy. "We've spent the last couple years building a car shopper-centric site with unique content and features. We believe the free listings will offer a one-two punch for dealers who are looking for quality leads and a bigger share of the used-car market."

The company also generates special finance leads which it sells on a pay-per-lead basis to dealers nationwide. Leads generated on the Web2Carz site and affiliated networks are sent in real time to relevant dealers on an exclusive basis, according to the company, with prices varying by region.

"Web2Carz is already integrated with most of the major data providers, such as HomeNet, Dealer Specialties and Cobalt, so getting the dealer inventory information and photos is seamless," said Ben Wallach, Web2Carz's other co-founder and the company's V.P. of technology. "New providers are added as needed with minimum effort."
