Xtime Names Jim Doehrman CFO
Jim Doehrman was named the new CFO of CRM provider Xtime. He brings extensive financial leadership in the technology and automotive sectors.
REDWOOD SHORES, Calif. — Xtime, a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) and scheduling platform, named Jim Doehrman as its new CFO.
Doehrman joins Xtime from Gracenote Inc., a provider of music and video content and technologies to entertainment and automotive brands globally. During his almost nine years at Gracenote, he led the company to 300 percent revenue growth, culminating in the company’s acquisition by Sony in 2008, according to company officials. Gracenote integrates its music technologies into nearly every automaker’s entertainment systems.
Doehrman also served as CFO of ADP’s Automotive Claims Management software division, and before that as chief operating and financial officer for Versata, a publicly-traded data-intensive web application company. He also served at the financial helm of Octane, a customer relationship management (CRM) software player, where he helped manage the company’s $3.6 billion merger with E.piphany.
Prior to joining Octane, Doehrman, as CFO, led a successful initial public offering for IDG Books (publishers of “Dummies” books), which leveraged his more than 15 years of prior financial and operational experience with companies such as Viacom (Simon & Schuster); Federated Department Stores and Arthur Andersen & Co., in both domestic- and international-based roles.
"Jim's extensive experience with automotive and technology leaders like ADP, Octane, Versata and Gracenote, compliments his demonstrated financial leadership. Jim’s skills are exactly what Xtime needs to help guide us through our continued rapid growth and international expansion," noted Neal East, Xtime CEO. “We’re delighted to have him on board.”
