Zeus Concepts Announces Integration Tools

Zeus Concepts, designers of F&I software for the past 25 years, has announced the development of their newest suite of software products for auto dealers. These include the ADP Integration Module and the Internet Integration Module, according to Bob Schaudt, president of Zeus Concepts. "They compliment a system that has been known for its user friendly nature and the wide scope of analytical reporting capability," Schaudt said.

"Most of our dealerships over the past few years were purchasing the ADP system and were asking us if we could integrate our front-end F&I system with ADP in the back end," Schaudt told F&I Management and Technology. "They wanted to continue to use Zeus in F&I but didn't want the hassle of double entry. From an engineering standpoint we knew anything was possible. After 18 months of research and development, we know we have brought to the dealer community a system that offers the speed and accuracy that dealers have been seeking with all of the benefits of the Zeus system out front.

"ADP is probably the best accounting system available," Schaudt said, "and we are grateful for the support they have provided us in implementing this new system."

According to Schaudt, Zeus Concepts, as a result of this software integration, turned its attention to the Internet and found that F&I managers were spending an inordinate amount of time entering and re-entering data for submission to credit bureaus and various credit application Web sites. "We now have a system where an F&I manager enters a deal once into Zeus," Schaudt said. "From there he can submit the deal to any of the applicable Web sites without ever having to re-enter data. Our dealers are reporting a time savings of 15 minutes to more than an hour per deal, and you know what that means -- more time for the F&I manager to be effective and sell," Schaudt explained.
