FORT MYERS, Fla. –- After extensive testing, M3 Patriot has released its SDNSync OFAC compliance software package and the launch of its Web site, www.sdnsync.com.
The SDNSync product is based on local computer hard drive installation, rather than using the Internet. This eliminates the possibility of not being able to perform a search at any point in time.
"The unique advantage of our software package is that regardless of the circumstances, the dealer’s ability to perform a compliant search and prove that compliance at all times is never hindered," said Fred Fordin, chief operating officer of M3 Patriot. "Off-site sales, loss of network, even loss of electricity if you have a laptop — none of these things will stop the dealer from performing his compliant search."
