Heart Dealer Financial Services is bringing an F&I training program conducted by nationally recognized F&I trainer, author, and NADA speaker Ronald J. Reahard, to automobile dealers in the St. Louis area.

Johnny Garlich, president of Heart Dealer Financial Services, has announced that the Achieving F&I Excellence!™ Management Certification Program, conducted by Ron Reahard, is being held for a few select automobile dealers in the St. Louis area. “After attending Mr. Reahard’s workshop at the 2002 NADA Convention in New Orleans, I knew I wanted our dealers to experience this training,” Garlich said. “He is without question one of the best trainers I have ever encountered, and teaches F&I the way it should be done.”

“Achieving F&I Excellence!™ will enable F&I managers to dramatically increase product sales and profits, while enhancing the customer’s F&I experience through the use of a financial services overview or 'menu' to present all F&I products,” Garlich said.

This comprehensive, 2½-day accelerated F&I training program will include daily classroom instruction, homework assignments, certification testing, and video taped role-playing exercises, according to Reahard.

“This training will provide both new and experienced F&I managers with the consultative selling skills necessary to lead today’s informed customer to a positive buying decision,” Garlich said.

“The availability of a professional F&I training program on a local basis will reduce travel expense and minimize F&I managers’ time away from the dealership, enabling more of our dealers and their managers to benefit from this advanced training. Achieving F&I Excellence!™ will increase the sale of all products by providing a proven menu-based sales process that will enable managers to collapse confrontation at the point of contact.”

Both 2½-day classes will be conducted by Reahard, who is president of Reahard & Associates, Inc., a national F&I training company providing custom tailored in-dealership F&I training programs, consulting services, and real-world solutions designed to “increase both F&I income and customer delight.”

The inaugural Achieving F&I Excellence!™ Certification Class in St. Louis will be held April 1–3, 2002, and the second class will be held April 3–5. Both will be at the Wingate Inn in St. Louis.

According to Garlich, to ensure each attendee achieves the maximum benefit from the training, enrollment will be limited to 12 attendees.
