Auto/Mate Now Offering Prescreens Through 700Credit
Auto/Mate Dealership Systems announced this week it has fully integrated its dealership management system with 700Credit's QuickScreen, a prescreen tool that now allows dealers to instantly access a customer’s credit profile directly from Auto/Mate's CRM.
ALBANY, N.Y. — Auto/Mate Dealership Systems announced this week it has fully integrated its dealership management system with 700Credit's QuickScreen, a prescreen tool that allows dealers to instantly access a customer’s credit profiles directly from Auto/Mate's CRM.
"Having access to a customer's credit information before the deal means the salesperson doesn't have to ask intrusive questions, which increases customer satisfaction," said Mike Esposito, president and CEO of Auto/Mate. "The QuickScreen button is now visible in our CRM and with a simple click, a customer's credit information can be pulled and saved into that record."
Dealers only need a customer's name and phone number to perform a soft pull of the buyer's credit data to see what he or she qualifies for. Since a soft pull does not register on the customer’s credit report as an official credit check, there is no adverse effect on his or her score, according to the company. When buyers meet the credit criteria set by the dealership and it's finance sources, 700Credit sends them a firm offer of credit.
