PORTLAND, Ore. — Complí, a provider of workforce compliance management software, has been honored with a 2014 GRC Value Award in the category of Policy & Training Management by GRC analyst firm GRC 20/20.

The second annual GRC Value Awards recognize real-world implementations for Governance, Risk Management and Compliance programs and processes that have returned significant and measurable value to an organization. Complí is recognized for proven and measurable value that Complí client, Tricolor Auto Group, has achieved from its use of Complí’s compliance management system.

“Complí has demonstrated proven business value in Policy and Training Management with its program for Tricolor Auto Group,” said Michael Rasmussen, Chief GRC Pundit for GRC 20/20. “Using Complí, Tricolor has cut thousands of dollars from operating costs and achieved greater efficiency, effectiveness, and agility in GRC processes. Most importantly, with Complí Tricolor is positioned to effectively manage the documentation, policies, and training needs for current and new employees as the company expands.”

Since adopting the Complí solution, Tricolor Auto Group has reduced time spent on managing compliance by 50%, saves $45,000 per year in management expense since implementation, and eliminated $1,500 in office supply costs in the first year, officials said. Transitioning from a paper-based compliance program to an automated, online compliance system, Complí’s solution enables Tricolor Auto Group to streamline policy management as the company faces more complex employee onboarding requirements and encounters new compliance regulations.

“As Tricolor expands into new markets across the Southwest, Complí is saving us significant time and money by enabling my team to more easily manage our compliance training programs across a dispersed and bilingual workforce,” said Felicia Taylor, director of HR at Tricolor Auto Group.  “And, we now have greater confidence knowing that we are compliant and keeping pace with the growing number of regulations affecting auto dealers today.”
