PHOENIX — DriveTime, the largest used car sales and finance company in the country serving the subprime credit market, announced it will add over 400 new employees to dealerships and inspection centers across the country, as well the company's Arizona-based home office and call center.

The race to hire comes on the heels of the company's addition of over 20 dealerships in the last two years.
