Line\5 Integrates With F&I Express
Line\5 has joined F&I Express’s 160-plus-member network of aftermarket sales providers.
NAPLES, Fla. — F&I product indirect lender Line\5 has integrated its eservices with technology provider F&I Express, the company announced.
F&I Express providers digital solutions for a network of more than 160 aftermarket sales providers. The company’s advanced software is designed to provide instant online access to all product and pricing information to cut costs, save time, and maximize customer satisfaction. The quality of its services won F&I Express the 2017 Dealers’ Choice Diamond Award in the F&I Technology Category.
Line\5 executives anticipate that full integration with F&I Express will significantly enhance the provision of its existing online services, including erating, econtracting, and esignature with hundreds of providers. The greater systems reliability and faster data retrieval provided by F&I Express will also significantly enhance customer satisfaction, and these improvements in Line\5’s services have already been warmly welcomed by its dealers, said Line\5 CEO Justin Lane.
“Providing access to the outstanding technology of F&I Express is another great example of Line\5 listening and responding to our partners’ needs, and our continuing commitment to helping them give the best possible service to their customers,” Lane said.
