LAS VEGAS — Organizers announced Rick McCormick, national director of training for Reahard & Associates and a longtime supporter of and speaker at the Ethical F&I Managers Conference, will deliver the opening keynote address at this year’s event.
“Rick has been instrumental in the EFI Conference since day one,” said Tony Dupaquier, EFI’s conference director and the vice president of training for iA American Warranty Group. “He has traditionally been our kickoff speaker, with his exciting style and knowledge that always benefits the F&I office.”
McCormick will deliver “Fun in F&I? Really?” at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, March 3. The address will kick off the three-day event, which will be held at Caesars Palace Las Vegas, co-located with the 14th annual Agent Summit.
The keynote address will focus on making the dealership experience “fun and memorable,” McCormick said, using three habits that will assure the car buying process — particularly the part managed by F&I professionals — need not be invasive, arduous or time-consuming.
“Transparency, empathy and evidence — how do these play a part? Make sure you are in attendance to find out!” he said.
