WESTERVILLE, Ohio – Vehicle service contract company, NAC, celebrates 25 years of success in the auto industry with a commitment to continue providing excellent customer service to its clients.

“We’re time tested. We’ve been through the good and the bad, and we’re still here… still going strong and still succeeding in the current economic market, one that has been particularly hard on the auto industry,” said NAC’s CEO Bill Speaks. “NAC is succeeding in this climate because of the integrity we pride ourselves in. Our clients know what they’re getting and they trust it. It’s been our core business from the start and it will continue to be our core in the future.”

Since 1984, NAC, a privately held service contract administrator, has been developing value-based aftermarket products and competitive service agreement programs for automotive, powersports, and recreational vehicles. It offers the tools, training, software and solutions that ensure maximum profitability for their diverse customer base nationwide.

“The auto industry is extremely competitive. That’s why the foundation of NAC is built on three basic building blocks: the long-term commitment of our management team, the benchmark of our customer service, and our business philosophy that anyone who is involved in the transaction needs to prosper,” Speaks said.

“NAC is ahead of the game. We’re working to make the best, most flexible programs for our clients. This flexibility allows every dealer to create a program to meet their particular needs. From the beginning, NAC has been about creating long-term relationships with all involved – from our staff to the dealers we work with to the consumers who purchase our service agreements – it has to be a win-win-win situation,” said Speaks.

While proud of the accomplishments it has seen over the past 25 years, NAC remains focused and ambitious as it moves forward as an industry leader.

“Dealerships are the backbone of our business,” said Speaks. “NAC will continue to grow those relationships, as well as seek out alternative markets that can benefit from the solutions NAC provides to our clients to support their customers, increase their profitability and assure maximum protection for the end-consumer.”
