MCLEAN, Va. — NADA University, the education and training arm of the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA), launched an enhanced and enriched NADA University Online with new and expanded features designed to custom-tailor the user experience.

With a new look and feel, the site provides dealership users job- and task-specific training and education organized into categories and topics that align with their needs.

“These new features make the online training experience more focused and individualized for every member of the dealership team, providing the information they need to improve their performance and productivity,” said Michelle Primm, chairman of NADA’s Dealership Operations Committee. “They’ll find it a fast, smooth ride to greater success.”

New features of NADA University Online include:

My Career Path: Job-specific training recommendations take careers to the next level, with links to the relevant NADA U content. My Career Path also allows the user to track progress. Current career paths include sales manager, service manager, parts manager, general manager and sales consultant — with more in the works.

Library: Stocked with NADA U publications and documents, including Driven Guides, system tutorials, career paths and the latest course catalog, the library offers training and education resources on a wide variety of topics. Dealers can also upload dealership-specific files to the Library for easy access exclusively by their employees.

Learning Hub subscription now includes the popular HR Essentials package — Job Descriptions Online, Performance Evaluations Online and HR Policy Handbooks Online — soon to be enhanced with a fourth online tool, more than 2,400 Fast Answers to pressing HR questions.

The all-new Training Center, the centerpiece of NADA University Online, combines all the resources of Learning Hub and Resource Toolbox in one location and has been designed to make room for the new educational features.

Dealers and their staffs, as well as media attending the NADA Convention, Feb. 8-11, in Orlando, Fla., are invited to stop by NADA University booth #2001 in the Expo Hall for a personal demonstration of the enhanced site.
