WOBURN, Mass. — A new website that rates used car dealers, founded by Phong Ly and Vineet Manohar, is launching today. iSeeCars.com provides the rating based on a dealer’s entire inventory, which is compared to the price and conditions of similar cars on the market, reports Good Morning America.
