Oklahoma Dealership Sells
Honda store adds to small auto group’s stable

The Honda store was renamed to reflect its now owner's brand.
Pinnacle Mergers & Acquisitions
A southern Oklahoma dealership recently changed hands between two auto groups in the state.
The transaction, brokered by Pinnacle Mergers & Acquisitions on the part of seller, resulted in a name change for the Honda store in Ardmore, near the Texas state line.
Patriot Auto Group sold the dealership to Jeremy Hodge Auto Group, which renamed it from Patriot Honda to Jeremy Hodge Honda.
It’s the second sale of a Patriot store in Ardmore to the Hodge group in as many years. Last year, Patriot sold a Chevrolet GMC dealership to the fellow Sooner State group.
Hodge’s grandfather was a Ford dealer in Oklahoma. His group now owns nearly half a dozen dealerships among the Chevrolet, GMC, Honda and Toyota brands.
