Quantech Releases Major Update to Q-GPS ILM/CRM
Canadian software developer Quantech Software released an updated version of its CRM, Internet lead management system. The update adds new functionality and streamlines existing features and processes.
WESTBANK, B.C. — Quantech announced new updates to its Q-GAP system, which doubles as a CRM and Internet lead management (ILM) solution. The most notable addition is the ability of the software tool to go beyond the confines of sales, company officials said.
“We used to position Q-GPS primarily as a sales tool,” said Mike Martin, the company’s general manager. “Now it can be used throughout the dealership.”
Another new Q-GPS feature is the ability to automatically apply a defined set of tasks to a lead. The group of tasks, called “Campaigns,” can be applied automatically or manually as required.
“Managers and manufacturers know the positive effect applying a common sales process has on professionalism and increased sales,” Martin said.
For dealerships heavy into web marketing, the updated online ILM/CRM now supports multiple auto-responders. “You wouldn’t want to send the same response to someone making a credit app as you would for a test drive request. The expanded tool allows far more customization,” he said.
Other changes include augmented task list management tools, a more streamlined system for entering spouses and co-buyers, and a more integrated approach to gathering information on why leads are won and lost. Current users will also find it easier to access customer history. Existing Q-GPS installations will receive the free update within the next two or three weeks, the company announced.
