TORRANCE, Calif. – Organizers of Agent Entrepreneur Experience announced today that John Tabar of United Development Systems/Brown & Brown Dealer Services will deliver a presentation at the event. Feb. 22 – 24, agents will have a unique opportunity to hear from some of the industry’s leading executives in the comfort of their own homes. Agents are invited to register at no cost.
My desire is that at the end of this session participants learn some practical techniques and stratagies they can use to compete and win with training. – John Tabar
Competition in this segment is fierce, and success depends on a number of factors outside of your control. To confront these realities, AE Experience will bring agents, agent principals, trainers, compliance and reinsurance experts, and F&I industry leaders to one place to educate, commiserate, and plan for the future.
“Agent Entrepreneur Experience was founded on the principle that automotive general agents are the engine of the auto retail and finance industry, driving profits for dealers and F&I product providers while helping protect car buyers from undue financial distress,” said David Gesualdo, president of Bobit Business Media’s Dealer Group. “The team at Agent Entrepreneur and Agent Summit recognize the independent general agent’s unique role — and unique needs.”
On Feb. 24, at 12:00 p.m. (EST), John Tabar, vice president of Training at United Development Systems/Brown & Brown Dealer Services, will deliver a presentation on “Training Techniques for 2021.” Tuning in to this informative presentation will help you position your agency as a leader in training and development as we move into the new decade. During this session a training expert will explore effective techniques and new trends that are delivering the results needed to grow and develop your dealership associates as well as internal teams.
Prior to joining UDS/Brown & Brown Dealer Services as director of training in 2017, John Tabar spent 30-plus years dedicated to the automotive retail business. He worked for 16 years in the dealership environment before becoming a trainer for a Fortune 300 integrated insurance company, utilizing his dealership experience to train and develop dealership personnel throughout the United States. Tabar went on to become vice president of business development for that same company, working with dealers, dealer groups, third-party administrators, manufacturers and other insurance companies throughout the Americas. Additionally, he enjoyed several years as a partner in a large Harley- Davidson franchise. Today, Tabar directs all training programs for UDS/Brown & Brown Dealer Services.
“My desire is that at the end of this session participants learn some practical techniques and stratagies they can use to compete and win with training,” said Tabar.
AE Experience is designed by and for the hardworking professionals driving F&I success and dealership profitability across the nation.
