VAS Partners With Alpha Warranty
Vehicle Administrative Services will offer roadside and ancillary solutions to Alpha Warranty Services under the terms of a new strategic partnership.
DALLAS — Vehicle Administrative Services, a business-to-business provider of wholesale roadside assistance and ancillary products, is pleased to announce a new strategic partnership with Alpha Warranty Services, a national provider of vehicle service contracts.
“Roadside assistance is a service that we offer in conjunction with most of our products. It is vital that we partner with a company that values innovation, service, and integrity as much as we do,” said Alpha COO Jeff Robinson. “We are confident we have found that in VAS and are thrilled to begin this partnership. We have known many of the great people at VAS for years and are anxious to see what we can accomplish working together as a team.”
The integration of VAS’s roadside assistance solutions and Alpha Warranty’s product offerings will enhance automotive costumers’ coverage by prioritizing technology, transparency, and a high-volume dispatch, all with the lowest severity per incident in the market, said Bill Breindel, president and CEO at VAS.
“We’re excited about our partnership with Alpha Warranty,” Breindel said. “They bring a solid management team dedicated to product innovation, transparency, and the customer service experience, which mirrors our business model.”
