Manheim Auctions gained more than auction locations when it acquired ADT Automotive; it also added some of the finest professionals in the business, according to Dennis Berry, Manheim president and CEO.

By hiring the most talented people on the operations, sales and marketing teams, and placing them in positions of great responsibility, we have clearly demonstrated our commitment to expanding our service to customers."
Among the more than 5,600 ADT Automotive employees joining Manheim are several executives who will immediately assume key positions with Manheim:
Nick Peluso, formerly ADT's vice president of sales and marketing, has been named president of Manheim's logistics group consisting of Remarketing Solutions, Service Solutions and Auction Transport Inc. Peluso will continue to be involved in the twice-per-year client advisory councils. He will report to Darryll Ceccoli, chief operating officer.
David Young, formerly ADT's vice president/operations, will serve as Manheim's vice president of operations, region one. He will report to Dave Harrison, senior vice president of operations.
Kelly Conger, formerly ADT's Eastern Regional vice president/operations, will serve as Manheim's vice president of operations, region four. He will report to Harrison.
Jack Nizza, formerly ADT's national director of operations/General Motors, will assist with Manheim's GM account. He will report to Tony Giurato, vice president of special operations.
Chuck Novince, formerly ADT's national director of operations/DaimlerChrysler, will become Manheim's vice president of special operations/DaimlerChrysler. Rick Colbert, Manheim's director of factory operations, will report to Novince.
In the national sales area, Michael Lasini has been named vice president of sales - staff director. He reports to Jamie Porter, senior vice president of special operations. Reporting to Lasini will be: Michael Christian, Michael Moumousis, and Milton Schoof, all vice presidents of national accounts; Mark Davidson and Peter Trench, regional directors of sales; and Mark Clark, George Herrera, Laurance Munsell and James Whatley, all managers of national accounts.
David Nutter has been named vice president of reconditioning operations, and will report to Porter. Reporting to Nutter are Jack Garretet and Pat Starr; both are regional managers of reconditioning operations.
Jeff Lenar, formerly ADT's vice president, general counsel has been named to the same position with Manheim and will report to Bob Gartin, senior vice president of finance and administration.
Arthur deAlba, formerly ADT's director of architecture and construction, will join Manheim as director of architecture and will report to Gartin.
Dan Dietsch has been named managing director of the technical center, reporting to Porter. Billy Byrd will report to Dietsch as director of the technical center.
Julie Warpool, formerly ADT's manager of special development and in charge of managing ADT LION, will join Manheim Interactive as manager of software development. She will report to Steve Crawford. The five-person ADT LION staff will also transition to Manheim Interactive as software engineers.
George Largay, formerly ADT's director of marketing and advertising, has been named director of communications. He will report to Diane Barton, executive director of marketing.
More high-level executives may join the Manheim team soon, according to Berry.
