Melno Park, Calif.—AutoTradeCenter and Onlane recently announced the completion of their merger following the approvals by both companies’ stockholders. The company will now be called ATC-Onlane, according to Business Wire.
The merger, completed in mid-August, will allow for senior management from both companies to be represented.
Roger Butterwick, former CEO of ATC, has become CEO of ATC-Onlane, while Michael Stein, former CEO of Onlane, is now chairman of the new entity’s board.
The same services will be offered at all three office locations, which include Melno Park; Mesa, Ariz.; and Toronto, Ontario. These services will cover pre-turn-in, through post-sale, to automakers, consumer off-lease, rental car and commercial fleet companies in addition to franchised and independent dealers throughout the U.S. and Canada
