ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — Payless Car Sales has announced that it has entered into an exclusive partnership agreement with Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.-based Kaizen MultiMedia LLC. Kaizen will provide Payless with the ability to create an in-house virtual training program for their national franchise system.
“Maintaining a properly trained staff is no easy task in an industry like ours, where the turnover rate of employees, especially sales staff, is pretty substantial," said Payless president/CEO Mike Harley. “Training is expensive and, done correctly, takes a great deal of time. We believe that creating a 'Payless Virtual Training' program will provide our dealers with an efficient, effective and economical answer to this recurring problem.”
