Spireon Debuts Kahu Updates at NADA
Spireon’s connected dealer solution now features advanced analytics, enterprise group management, and consumer mobile engagement to drive loyalty and profit for dealers.
LAS VEGAS — Vehicle intelligence provider Spireon will showcase new enhancements to its Kahu connected dealer solution at the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) convention in Las Vegas this week, the company announced.
The updates were designed to “redefine” vehicle telematics by focusing on the needs of the dealership, adding new features to optimize performance, such as advanced inventory and test-drive analytics, enterprise management for dealer groups, and an enhanced consumer mobile app for increasing customer loyalty and add-on revenue.
“With Kahu, dealers can move from a transactional, low-margin sales model to a high-value, customer experience–driven model that increases profitability and loyalty. For the first time, dealers can take advantage of connected vehicle data to optimize every facet of their operation — from lot management to service retention, from test drives to audits, from sales to CSI scores,” said Sunil Marolia, vice president of product management at Spireon. “The new Kahu features we’re introducing at NADA deliver critical insights to inform and improve dealer operations, sales effectiveness, customer service and much more.”
In addition to dealer analytics and the enhanced consumer-facing app, the updates include such features as streamlined stolen vehicle recovery and theft warranty, and more, all according to the announcement.
