4 Automotive Marketing Firms Merge
TimeHighway.com, Peak Performance, Dealer Product Services and OneCommand have merged. Together, the companies will be called Affinitiv, the firms announced this week.
NAPLES, Fla. — TimeHighway.com has merged with Peak Performance, Dealer Product Services and OneCommand, the company announced today. Together, the companies will be called Affinitiv.
The combined company will offer a combination of predictive analytics, integrated technology, and in-field experts to help OEMs and dealer clients retain customers, build loyalty and drive sales, according to the company.
More than 20 OEM clients and 5,500 dealers will be affected by the merger, the company stated. Those clients will now have access to an end-to-end solution in connected multi-channel marketing. The company’s product line will include service appointment scheduling, integrated print, email, digital, social, mobile, SMS, CRM, BDC, and telematics solutions.
