Auto One Teams With DealerTrack
DealerTrack.com,
Inc. announced Sept. 17 that Auto One Acceptance Corporation has
connected to DealerTrack's Internet-based auto financing system.
The DealerTrack finance solution enables Auto One's
dealerships to manage the entire auto finance process and complete financing. DealerTrack says this makes the
process simpler and easier for dealers and boosting customer
satisfaction.
"Auto One is excited to be joining the growing list of lenders
participating in the DealerTrack online system," states Doug Baker,
Auto One's senior vice president of Sales. "As a company, we expect to
see an increase in efficiency, quality, and overall production. In
addition to being able to electronically submit credit applications
and obtain extremely fast responses, our dealer customers will also
enjoy the benefit of accessing real-time application and contract
status information, along with up-to-the-minute Auto One rates and
program information. When combined with our already fast turnaround
time and superior service, such access and efficiencies cannot be
overstated."
DealerTrack says their technology allows
dealers to reduce the time associated with the traditional
financing process by electronically routing applications to connected
lenders and finance companies such as Auto One. In addition, the
service provides dealers access to discounted customer credit reports.
DealerTrack provides Auto One's dealer customers with the tools they
need to operate their finance business.
"Auto One is a significant addition to DealerTrack's growing
lender base," said Mark O'Neil, DealerTrack's president and chief
executive officer. "Dealers will benefit from the convenience of being
able to quickly and easily access Auto One's full range of financial
products through DealerTrack, while Auto One improves the efficiency
of its credit operations. Auto One is a leader in its market, and it
will help DealerTrack continue to build momentum."
