Zurich Launches Advisor IQ for F&I Manager Coaching
The new platform uses real transaction data and artificial intelligence-driven insights to help car dealerships improve consistency and performance.

Zurich U.S. launched Zurich Advisor IQ, an artificial intelligence-powered training and coaching platform that records, monitors and analyzes F&l conversations and provides real transaction insights in as little as 15 minutes.
By creating personalized coaching scenarios based on real performance gaps, the tool is intended to strengthen needs analysis, presentation and customer engagement skills.
Zurich Advisor IQ is designed to help F&l managers elevate customer conversations while providing buyers with Zurich product information needed to make informed purchasing decisions.
