AutoLoop Integrates With Auto/Mate’s DMS
The integration will allows Auto/Mate’s DMS to share information across AutoLoop’s full suite of services, allowing for real-time, bi-directional data delivery
ALBANY, N.Y. — AutoLoop announced it has fully integrated with Auto/Mate’s Open/Mate dealer management system (DMS) for real-time, bi-directional data delivery.
When customer contact, sales or service information is updated in Auto/Mate, it will be immediately reflected in AutoLoop, which is designed to ensure communications accurately reach their destination. Similarly, if a service appointment change is made in Book, AutoLoop’s scheduling software, that modification will appear in the Auto/Mate DMS.
“We already process delivery into nearly every DMS in the market across 2,000 franchises, and with the addition of Open/Mate, we’re able to provide the same real-time, customer-centric experience for our Auto/Mate customers,” said Jason Bennick, AutoLoop COO.
Up to this point, Auto/Mate DMS users had to utilize FTP networks when using AutoLoop’s services. With the announced upgrade, Auto/Mate’s DMS information can be shared in real time.
“We’re now able to enrich the vehicle owner experience by tracking all changes to customer data while strengthening the retention process with dynamically focused email, voice, direct mail and SMS communications,” Bennick noted.
