Auto/Mate Integrates With Quik Video
A new partnership between Auto/Mate Dealership Systems and Quik Video promises to help dealers improve service customer retention and satisfaction.
ALBANY, N.Y. — Auto/Mate Dealership Systems has integrated its DMS with Quik Video, a provider of video technology to dealership service departments.
With the addition of Quik Video, Auto/Mate customers have the option to create and send videos that can change multipoint inspection (MPI) identified work into MPI sold work, while helping to increase customer retention, customer satisfaction and revenue, said Mike Esposito, president and CEO of Auto/Mate.
“Declined service recommendations have always been a sore spot for dealers, but videos are proven to increase transparency and build customer trust,” Esposito said. “With integration into our DMS, all videos and communications sent between dealership personnel and customers can be stored, tracked and accessed.”
Quik Video makes it easy for service technicians, advisors, and managers to create and send videos via text and email to customers. With visual proof, customers understand the recommended repairs and feel empowered to make a decision. With Quik Video, dealers can expect to see a 50% increase in MPI identified work approvals, all according to the company.
“The Auto/Mate technical team made the integration process easy and hassle-free,” said Jack Gardner, CEO of Quik Video. “We are thrilled to have the opportunity to demonstrate the power and results our videos deliver to Auto/Mate’s dealership customers.”
