Auto/Mate Integration DMS With Unotifi's Mobile-Relationship Marketing Solutions
Dealers using both Auto/Mate’s DMS and Unotifi's mobile-relationship marketing solutions will experience improved data gathering. They will also be able to deliver automatic texts when a customer's vehicle is ready or a parts order has arrived, as well as create personalized information pages for each customer.
ALBANY, N.Y. — Auto/Mate Dealership Systems has announced the integration of its dealership management system with Unotifi, a company that specializes in mobile relationship marketing and customer retention for auto dealers.
According to the company, dealers using both Auto/Mate’s DMS and Unotifi solutions should expect to see increased data gathering. They will also be able to automatically text customers when their vehicle is ready or when a special parts order has arrived, as well as create personalized information pages for each customer.
"Unotifi's solutions make it easy for dealers to communicate with their customers the way customers prefer to be communicated with, which these days is mostly by text and using mobile devices to access information online," said Mike Esposito, president and CEO of Auto/Mate Dealership Systems. "Integration with our DMS creates a seamless experience and provides greater visibility into customer history and probability of purchasing."
