Automated Claim Approval Tool to Debut at NADA
Reynolds and Reynolds and AGWS developed automated process by eliminating silos and connecting the tool directly to the dealer management system.

The new option for service departments will be demonstrated at NADA Show 2025.
Reynolds and Reynolds
American Guardian Warranty Services, a leader in providing administrative services for agents and dealers offering vehicle protection products, limited warranties, and a variety of environmental and aftermarket products across the US, announced today it has developed a much faster way to file and track claims.
Removing the need to rekey information, and eliminating wasted time copy and pasting, this new workflow automates the filing process in Reynolds and Reynolds Advanced Service.
"Our advisors love this," said Ed Trueblood, service manager at Liberty Buick in Peoria, Ariz. "It is very easy to use, saves them tons of time, and works seamlessly with the Advanced Service suite of tools."
Time is valuable to everyone working in fixed operations. Creating efficiencies that remove bottlenecks and free up time to address more profitable endeavors is key to the success of every service department.
“Reynolds is constantly looking for ways to streamline operations, making things work faster and more intelligently for our customers,” said Jason Sideris, vice president of fixed operations product management at Reynolds. “By leveraging our full Retail Management System, we are able to embed workflows and functionality across our tools and companies seamlessly to achieve optimal results for our customers.”
This new option for service departments will be rolled out at the NADA Show 2025, where demonstrations of the capability will be on display at the AGWS booth No. 1741.
