HOUSTON — Telephony solution developer InterActiveTel today announced Bill Leek, former Vice president of sales for Dominion Dealer Services, has joined the company as its new president and COO.
Leek will be responsible for leading the entire InterActiveTel organization, as well as maintaining business development partnerships and driving the adoption of InterActiveTel’s suite of communication products.
Leek comes to InterActiveTel with more than 20 years industry experience. During his 15 years with Dominion, Leek rose through the ranks quickly in a variety of roles. After exceeding goals as a salesperson and then as the director of sales at Autobase (div. of Dominion), Leek was asked to lead the AutoRevenue and AVV sales teams after the companies united in 2011.
Leek continued his rise within Dominion, serving as vice president of CRM before being promoted to vice president of sales. Prior to his time with Dominion, Leek worked at both ADP and Newgen Results.
“We could not be happier to have someone with Bill’s character and reputation on board,” said InterActiveTel CEO Jack Behar. “With his wealth of expertise in everything from CRM to call tracking to data mining, Bill really understands what information a dealership needs to make the most informed decisions to benefit the customers. This is a huge win for us.”
InterActiveTel offers custom communication applications that enable dealers and CRM partners to offer call capture and recording from their phone system. Additional features of the system include sentiment analysis, key phrase spotting, and reports in order to follow up with customers quickly and consistently to win the sale.
