BMW Financial Services Expands Access to Smartphones
BMW Financial Services has launched a mobile Website for smartphones that allows customers to make payments, view account history and more.
WOODCLIFF LAKE, N.J. — BMW Financial Services (BMWFS) announced that it now provides account functionality via smartphones, enabling customers to make payments and monitor their account status from their phones.
The new BMWFS mobile Website requires no installation and can function on all leading smartphone platforms, including iPhone, Android and Blackberry, according to the company. Aside from being able to make payments, BMWFS customers can use mobile Website, which runs in a browser, to obtain a payoff quote, view recent activity and view payment history.
“Quite simply, we’re focused on access and mobility,” said Steve Swecker, general manager of sales operations for BMW Group Financial Services. “In today’s complex marketplace, we’ve made it simple and easy for BMW Financial Services customers to get up-to-date information on their accounts at any time through a mobile environment.”
To use the BMWFS mobile Website, customers need to have an account with My BMW to access m.fs.bmwusa.com from a smartphone. For more information, visit bmwusa.com/mybmw.
