Chrysler Taps DealerTrack for Vehicle Inventory Management Solutions

DealerTrack Inc., a subsidiary of DealerTrack Holdings Inc. and software solution provider, announced that it was selected by Chrysler LLC’s MarketCenter to provide vehicle inventory management solutions through the automaker’s MarketCenter program.

LAKE SUCCESS, N.Y. ─ DealerTrack Inc., a subsidiary of DealerTrack Holdings Inc. and software solution provider, announced that it was selected by Chrysler LLC’s MarketCenter to provide vehicle inventory management solutions through the automaker’s MarketCenter program. With this selection, DealerTrack solutions will be offered to all Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep dealers in the U.S.

Through MarketCenter, Chrysler LLC offers a selection of services from a variety of approved vendors for its Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep dealer base. Through this partnership with DealerTrack, Chrysler dealers automatically qualify for preferred pricing on a suite of inventory management solutions, which help dealers control their inventory and price vehicles right to accelerate inventory turns and improve profitability. The agreement covers DealerTrack’s entire inventory solution, including:

• AAX, which provides vehicle stocking and pricing recommendations based on transactional information as well as current market data, reporting, and consulting services to maximize the return on a dealer’s investment.

• InventoryPro, which combines real-time market data with sales performance history, access to guidebooks and Manheim Market Reports to help dealers make the right inventory decisions for their business.

• PriceDriver, which provides dealers with a market view and pricing updates so they can understand their local market, allowing them to price vehicles right and increase their sales opportunities.

• BookOut, the online used-car valuation solution integrated with DealerTrack that enables dealers to look up used-car values by year, make, model or VIN.
