RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. -- CU Direct Corp.’s DMS integration Web site for dealers is live and ready for signups. The service will enable dealers to streamline their indirect lending process by enabling dealers to use the Credit Union Direct Lending system without re-keying information.
The dealer need only input a member’s information on the application form of the dealer’s own customer management system and, with the click of a button, this same information is automatically entered onto the CUDL loan application form. Processing occurs electronically and when the loan has been approved. Another click will enter the updated information back into the dealer’s system for contracting.
CU Direct is providing this opportunity by partnering with Playing Field Inc. and The StoneEagle Group.
Playing Field will provide a single point of integration for companies that provide dealer systems to much of the automotive retail community. Current clients of Playing Field include:
Automotive Computer Services (ACS)
ADAM
Advent Resources
Automotive Marketing Profit Systems (AMPS)
Auto/Mate
Autosoft International (ASI)
Data Consultants (Grapevine)
David Lewis & Associates
DealerTrend
DPC Systems
Dubuque Data Services
Market Scan
StoneEagle provides a similar service to dealerships whose dealer management systems are provided by ADP or Reynolds and Reynolds.
"Integration means that our dealers will be able to input a member’s information onto the loan application form and, with a simple click, send it to the CUDL system," said Jerry Neemann, senior vice president and COO of CU Direct. "By offering the integration option, we are providing more choices and flexibility to those dealers who send loans through CUDL. We are increasing our value to dealers by making the process seamless and freeing up their time to build their businesses."
To sign up for the service, dealers should go to http://integration.cudl.com or call CU Direct Customer Care at (877) 744-2835 ext. 2333.
