Dealer Concepts Adds DMS Integration to Loyalty Program
Dealer Concepts’ Loyalty Rewards program now fully integrates with most dealership management systems, allowing dealers to monitor and manage their loyalty and reward programs from one main system.
CLARKSTON, Mich. — Dealer Concepts’ Loyalty Rewards program now fully integrates with most dealership management systems (DMS), allowing dealers to monitor and manage their loyalty and reward programs from one main system.
“Full DMS integration has been one of the most requested features of our rewards program," said Andy Wolfe, managing partner of Dealer Concepts. “Every dealership struggles with adding customer information into multiple systems throughout the dealership. By automating this process, dealership personnel simply add a reward card number into a designated field in the DMS and we take care of the rest.”
The automated integration process occurs at 4 a.m. each day. Any updates or changes to the dealer's loyalty program from the previous day are pulled and automatically entered into the main system. With daily updates, dealers will always have the most current data available to them first-thing each morning.
