DealerRater Launches Employee Review Feature

DealerRater’s Certified Dealer Program includes a new feature that will enable dealers to showcase their top-reviewed employees and their associated review counts.

WALTHAM, Mass. — DealerRater has added a new feature to its Certified Dealer Program. Now, participating dealers will be able showcase their top-reviewed employees and their associated review counts. The consumer-facing Website also is showcasing these employee-specific reviews, called “MyReviews,” predominantly on the main dealer review pages, according to the car dealer review website.

“DealerRater’s employee-specific MyReviews pages represent the digital age equivalent to an Evidence Manual,” said Chip Grueter, president of DealerRater. “With this latest feature enhancement, our dealer partners can easily promote their excellent sales and service teams for a competitive edge and quickly hyperlink a prospect into an employee’s “Evidence Manual” even before that prospect enters the store.”
