DealerRater Redesigns Account Management Hub
The expanded dealer panel for DealerRater’s certified dealer partners provides a quick snapshot of the dealership’s latest reviews and ratings, as well as key employee review statistics. The reporting tool also offers new market pulse data and videos.
WALTHAM, Mass. — DealerRater has launched a new, expanded dealer panel account management hub for its certified dealer partners, providing immediate access to the program’s full suite of tools.
The new dealer panel includes a redesigned dashboard display with streamlined navigation, making it easier to utilize the suite of certified dealer program tools, according to the company. The dashboard provides a quick snapshot of the dealership’s latest reviews and ratings, as well as key employee review statistics. It also offers new market pulse data in addition to DealerRater announcements and videos.
The market pulse feature allows dealers to gauge their review count and overall score on DealerRater in comparison to competitors in their brand, according to the company. Enhanced social media publishing tools offer the capability to easily publish and share DealerRater reviews as well as classified ads on Facebook.
Additionally, the panel provides immediate access to an expanding library of tutorials, best practice videos and video case studies.
“With the new dealer panel, we are now, more than ever, empowering dealers to make full use of the many robust tools of the certified dealer program to strengthen their online brand, attract in-market shoppers and drive increased business,” said Chip Grueter, president at DealerRater.
DealerRater will launch additional dealer panel enhancements and functionality in the coming months, including innovative reporting tools to monitor employees’ review-gathering performance and analyze competitive standings. The company will also release a new message center for tracking review alerts, customer responses and leads, as well as a dealer profile progress tracker to help gauge full usage of the program’s tools.
