MELVILLE, N.Y. -- DealerTrack, Inc. has acquired the assets of GO BIG! Software, Inc., including its MenuWizard Web-based menu selling solution.
MenuWizard, which will be renamed MenuTrack, enables F&I professionals to consistently present to consumers the dealership's full array of aftermarket product options in one menu. Benefits for the dealer include increased F&I income, improved customer satisfaction and a reduction in potential legal risks. The product also creates an auditable record of the disclosures to consumers during the aftermarket sales process, including their acceptance or rejection of each item.
Mark O'Neil, DealerTrack's president and CEO, said, "Many of our dealer customers have been asking DealerTrack to help them improve their F&I effectiveness with respect to both profitability and compliance. MenuTrack provides the foundation to help dealers improve profitability and facilitates compliance in their F&I operations."
Because it is Web-based, the software enables dealers to centrally manage product and package offerings, pricing, disclaimer language and other features by opening a Web browser and logging in to the site. Managers can also track usage by all individual users to ensure that they are consistently presenting all appropriate aftermarket products to each customer.
"Over the next few months, we intend to fully integrate MenuTrack with the DealerTrack platform and to roll out additional product enhancements,” O'Neil said.
