DMEautomotive Launches Mobile App
DMEautomotive unveiled its Driver Connect dealer-branded mobile app for iPhone, iPad and Android devices.

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. — DMEautomotive unveiled its Driver Connect dealer-branded mobile app for iPhone, iPad and Android devices.
Driver Connect provides consumers with a suite of personalized automotive tools, as well as features that keep a dealership’s customers engaged and spending, according to DMEautomotive. It allows customers to browse new and used inventory, schedule service appointments, manage their vehicles’ service histories, and receive targeted dealership alerts.
“With Driver Connect, dealerships and dealer groups can unleash a branded version of a truly useful mobile app and, because it is integrated with DMEa’s Customer Journey, it can also deliver the crucial features and communications that will ensure repeat car sales and greater service retention,” said Mike Walther, president of DMEautomotive.
Driver Connect features include My Cars, a dealer- and customer-facing vehicle service history tool, up-to-the-minute recall info and alerts, 24/7 service appointment scheduling, and a branded mobile app strategy for dealers, according to the provider. The app also enables users to search consolidated, up-to-date, new and used inventory across all a dealer group’s stores with detailed vehicle info and photos.
Driver Connect enables dealers to send targeted customer communications and also integrates the DMS and DMEautomotive Loyalty Program so users can manage and redeem their loyalty points, according to the company.
Some of the app’s tools include Find My Car, Find Local Parking, My Parking Meter, Gas Station Locator and more.
