Atlanta, Ga. — Indirect Capital Management LLC, an automotive consulting company, announced that Gary Feder has joined the company as vice president of Corporate Development. Feder was formerly an associate general counsel and director of Agent Relations for DealerTrack. He has over 15 years experience as an attorney, consultant, entrepreneur and executive in the Internet, compliance and automotive industries.

"Gary is well-known and respected in the automotive aftermarket industry. His knowledge and experience, along with his expertise in developing strategic partnerships, will be invaluable as our company continues its rapid expansion in M&A consulting and our broader based F&I and sales training disciplines. Before joining DealerTrack, Feder served as vice president, Business Development for Go Big Software. As part of the executive team, he developed strategic alliances with major aftermarket providers and general agencies, and helped build Go Big into one of the automotive industry's leading Internet menu software companies, resulting in its acquisition by DealerTrack.

At DealerTrack, Feder achieved similar success where he managed the company's indirect sales channel for menu software and helped bring its aftermarket network to market through the development of strategic relationships with aftermarket providers and their key general agencies.

"Indirect Capital Management is a highly successful consulting and training organization in the automotive space," commented Feder. "I am particularly excited about my involvement with ICM because the group was founded by well-respected industry people who place ethics at the top of their business. The firm also works closely with Global Marketing Enterprises, an elite-tier firm in the auto mergers and acquisitions arena," Feder added.

ICM provides consulting services to dealers interested in discreetly exploring potential buy-sell prospects with minimal disruption in operational continuity, working to maximize value for both buying and selling clients. ICM also provides full service F&I and sales training to dealerships nationwide. For more information, please go to their Website at www.indirectcapitalmanagement.com.

Feder began his career as a securities and compliance attorney. He holds a B.S. from the University of Delaware.
