GSFSGroup Launches New Interactive Website
GSFS’ new site features a consumer section designed to help car buyers locate information about the company’s F&I offerings.
HOUSTON — GSFSGroup launched a new website designed to support agents, dealers and their customers. In addition to being easier to navigate, the new site also offers an interactive F&I product review tool dealers can use to promote to consumers, new reporting features and an enhanced security platform.
“Continuing our commitment to be a strong business partner working in tandem with our customers, this new website creates an online experience that is intuitive and informative for agents, dealers and the end consumers,” said Steve Amos, president of GSFSGroup. “The added features and functionality are combined with a secure back-end system to provide powerful tools to help our clients be more successful.”
The new GSFSGroup.com website is tailored to support specific business needs through the highly secure portal, MyGSFS, offering access to a variety of new reports. Other new features include a tutorial platform, as well as F&I product and training overviews.
According to the company, the new consumer section is designed to make it simple for buyers to find information about F&I products. Contact information also is accessible when customers have additional questions when making a claim.
The F&I Product Review Tool, which can be uploaded directly to a dealer’s website, can also be used to educate consumers about available F&I products so they have a complete understanding of each product’s benefits. Additionally, updates to these tools are automatically sent out, keeping all information current.
