DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. — JM Family Enterprises Inc. made FORTUNE magazine’s “100 Best Companies to Work For” list for the 16th consecutive year, landing at No. 37 for 2014.

The annual ranking measures workplace satisfaction, with two-thirds of a company’s score determined by an anonymous employee survey. A company’s remaining score is based on a thorough evaluation by the Great Place to Work® Institute, a global human resources consulting, research and training firm specializing in organizational trust.

“The culture created by our late founder Jim Moran and the dedication of our 3,800 associates sets us apart as an employer of choice,” said Colin Brown, president and CEO of JM Family. “Our success is driven by the people who work here, and this achievement represents the passion and dedication that they bring to JM Family every day. They truly are our greatest asset and competitive advantage.”

JM Family has made the list every year since first applying in 1999. The privately held company is often recognized for its associate-focused culture, which includes nine onsite health and wellness centers for associates and their families, exceptional healthcare benefits, profit sharing and 401(k) retirement plans, programs promoting work/life balance, and opportunities to give back to the communities where the company has major business operations.

The full list and related stories are available at www.fortune.com/bestcompanies and will appear in the Feb. 3 issue of FORTUNE magazine.
